Visitors to Oddur Golf club are greeted with a warm welcome. The course was opened in August 1997 and is now considered one of the finest golf courses in Iceland. The course is open from 15th of May – 15th of October each year, weather permitting. The club proudly hosted the European Ladies´ Amateur Team Championship in 2016 and the European Girls´ Team Championship in 2022. In 2023 Oddur Golf club hosted the Icelandic Stroke play Championship.
